Program description. QSR Inspector sends two kinds of text messages, both strictly transactional: (1) one-time verification codes when you sign in to the QSR Inspector mobile app with your phone number, and (2) account and system alerts (for example: your restaurant's monitoring device going offline) for account administrators who have opted in. We never send marketing or promotional text messages.

How opt-in works (the only ways you can receive texts)

1. Sign-in verification codes. On the QSR Inspector app's sign-in screen you may choose "Phone" and type your own mobile number. This is the sole opt-in for verification messages — a code is sent only when you yourself request one to log in. This is exactly what the sign-in screen shows:

2. System alerts. Account administrators may opt in to receive operational alert texts by entering their own mobile number in the QSR Inspector dashboard's alert settings, which displays the same consent language next to a checkbox that is never pre-checked. Alerts are sent only for events affecting that administrator's own account.

We do not buy contact lists. Numbers are never enrolled by anyone other than their owner, and consent is never a condition of any purchase.

QSR Inspector does not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel; you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out and nothing further. You can re-enroll at any time using the opt-in methods above, disable alert texts in the dashboard settings, or email us to be removed.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
