Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 12, 2026  ·  Last updated: June 12, 2026

QSR Inspector (the "App," "Service," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Randys Rips LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to this Policy.

QSR Inspector is a business tool for quick-service-restaurant operators to conduct inspections, log food-safety data, track corrective actions, and review reporting. It is intended for use by businesses and their staff, not by the general public or children.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Randys Rips LLC is the controller of the account information you provide directly to us. When your employer or organization ("Organization") creates an account and adds you as a member, that Organization controls the inspection and operational data created within its workspace, and we process that data on its behalf. If you are an employee, please direct data-access or deletion requests to your Organization's administrator first.
